Held on August 10th at Oakwood Football Club, Rightfest 2024 was a phenomenal success!
This year’s event, hosted by DJ, Rugga D of Crawley Radio, brought together families, friends, and residents for an action-packed day filled with activities, live performances, mouth-watering food, and so much more. It was a day dedicated to uniting the community, celebrating local talent, and giving back in meaningful ways.
Rightfest 2024 was a vibrant, family-friendly festival brimming with activities for all ages. Kids enjoyed a full day of fun with a giant inflatable slide, thrilling funfair rides, face painting, and henna tattoos to keep them entertained and smiling. Foodies indulged in a variety of delicious options from street food stalls offering authentic Indian dishes, flavourful Thai cuisine, juicy burgers, German sausages, and BBQ meats, along with refreshing beverages from Bennetts Bar & Thirsty Darlings.
The main stage was electric, featuring lively performances from DJ Rugga D, The Wes Lucas Band, Rhythm and Sole’s Jodie, VC Dance Academy, and a stunning Irish dance display that captivated the crowd.
Proudly Raising £4,037 for Mind
We are thrilled to announce that Rightfest 2024 raised £4,037 for Mind, a charity dedicated to providing mental health services and resources to those in need. We chose Mind as our charity partner in recognition of the urgent need for mental health awareness, especially within the building and construction industry, where mental health challenges often go unspoken.
